We refund all items upon return and you can repurchase a different product if you'd like to do so.
Our return policy:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be returned in new, unopened condition, free of damage with all labels attached. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse your return if your item is not returned in new condition.
- Please be sure to include the packaging (window box) your product was shipped in (if applicable) with your return. Failure to do so will result in a restocking fee.
- We do not reimburse shipping costs.
***Please remember to include your ORDER NUMBER somewhere INSIDE your return. It must be inside the package to ensure speedy processing. We cannot always look up your order by name, and often the parcels are retuned in a way in which we cannot read the return address. Failure to do so can extremely delay your refund.***
